NCI Agency is fully committed to the protection of personal data collected as part of its official activities. NCIA Agency will process personal data in accordance with the roles and responsibilities of NCI Agency, its internal rules and regulations as well as the Ottawa Agreement dated 20 September 1951 on the Status of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, National Representatives and International Staff.
In cases where NCI Agency uses external providers for event organisation purposes, the data will be shared with those entities insofar as necessary for the fulfilment of their tasks. Such companies may be subject to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) in accordance with applicable national laws.
The data collected may be used for informing about any future NCI Agency events such as the NATO Information Assurance Symposium (NIAS) or the NCI Agency Industry Conference (NITEC).
